The Soul of Springtime
A creamy delicious cocktail with a sweet light green gingery taste. Hints of cucumber as fresh and green as spring, the mild warmth of the chilli like early spring sunshine, and the colour a creamy liquid green. Refreshing and delicious.
30ml ginger beer
30ml sugar syrup
30ml lime juice
120ml Nekta Liquid Kiwifruit
25cm cucumber, diced
Lemon and Paeroa or Sparkling mineral water
1 teaspoon crushed ginger (in jar)
¼ teaspoon crushed chilli, or small amount of fresh chilli
Muddle ginger, cucumber, and chilli. Add all other ingredients except mineral water. Shake and strain into highball glass, half filled with ice. Top with mineral water.
