KIWI MOJITO

An updated classic. Mint and kiwifruit combining for freshness, the lime a delightful flavour on the taste buds; the Mojito has never been better.

43ml White Rum
15ml Monin Kiwifruit Puree
15ml Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
30ml Nekta Liquid Kiwifruit
4 lime wedges
8 mint leaves
100ml Perrier Lime

Muddle lime, mint, mint syrup and kiwi puree. Add crushed ice and rum. Stir gently to combine. Top with Perrier Lime.
