GREEN EYES SMILING

A light froth decorates a rock pool green, delicious taste of kiwifruit and ginger, with an undertaste of cucumber and wasabi. Even if your eyes aren’t green, they will be smiling.

30ml Kiwi Vodka
30ml Kiwi Liquer
30ml Simple Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
120ml Nekta Liquid Kiwifruit
25cm cucumber, diced
Dash wasabi paste
Ginger Beer

Muddle cucumber and all other ingredients. Shake and strain into highball glass half filled with ice. Top with Ginger Beer.
