45ml Kiwi Vodka
15ml Passionfruit Puree
15ml lemon juice
30ml Nekta Liquid Kiwifruit
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake well to cream the egg white. Strain into chilled cocktail / martini glass.
