15ml Monin Kiwifruit Puree
15ml Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
30ml Nekta Liquid Kiwifruit
4 lime wedges
8 mint leaves
100ml Perrier Lime

Muddle lime, mint, mint syrup and kiwi puree. Add crushed ice and rum. Stir gently to combine. Top with Perrier Lime.

50ml Apple Juice
120ml Nekta Liquid Kiwifruit
30ml Monin Passionfruit Puree
20ml Midori Melon Liquer
10ml Perrier Lime

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice (except lime). Shake and strain into long glass over fresh ice. Add lime.

Muddle cucumber and all other ingredients. Shake and strain into highball glass half filled with ice. Top with Ginger Beer.

45ml Vodka
20ml lime juice
2 slices ginger
60ml lime water

Combine all ingredients except lime water. Shake with ice, strain over ice, top with lime water.
